Give it the goal and it works out the steps from what it finds.
- Working through a pile of files
- Point it at last quarter's receipts. It reads every one and hands back a table, sorted by supplier.
- Joining up your systems
- It checks the overdue invoices in Xero against your inbox and tells you who's already promised to pay.
- Doing a job your way
- Show it how you lay out a quote once, as a skill, and it builds every quote that way from then on.
- Researching before it answers
- Ask it to compare three suppliers. It reads the options, checks the details and brings back a recommendation with its sources.
- Handing back something finished
- Give it the notes and figures and it can return a document, spreadsheet or presentation for you to review.
- Running on a schedule
- Set a job for 7am Monday and it runs while you're still on your way in.

When the steps never change
Both setups above work out the steps as they go. When the steps are already settled, a workflow runs them the moment an email lands or a form comes in, wired into your systems, and puts the result where your team already looks.
