How workflows work

  • A workflow build

    One recurring job, wired up across the tools it needs. More variations, approvals or custom connections make it a larger build.

    The price is fixed once we agree the scope.

The build is a one-off fee, not a subscription. The first month of support is included. Ongoing care is available if you want it and scoped separately.

About the setup session

  • A setup session

    One working session with you, your assistant set up on your computer, useful tools connected, access and approvals checked, a live walkthrough, handover notes and a short follow-up.

A one-off fee, with a short follow-up included. Your subscription to the assistant is billed to you directly.

How the agent setup works

  • Core setup

    Your agent installed, secured and connected, ready for you to start handing it work.

    • Set up on a computer or server we choose together
    • One chat channel, plus your email and calendar
    • An AI model connected, and a way to see what it's spending
    • A live walkthrough
    • One week for setup issues after handover

  • Full setup

    Your agent doing the first jobs you want to hand it, working and tested before you take over.

    Everything in the core setup, plus:

    • The first jobs, agreed before work starts, and the connections they need
    • Rules for what it does alone and where it stops for a person
    • Model use tuned to avoid unnecessary running costs
    • Testing on real work of yours
    • Documentation of the setup
    • Support extended to one month for the agreed jobs

One-off fees. Core setup includes a week for setup issues; Full setup includes a month of support for the agreed jobs. Hosting and running costs are separate. I set up the hosting too; your own hardware is quoted separately.

All prices are in AUD, plus GST.

Running costs - The tools themselves cost money to run: API calls, seats, the platform or hosting it runs on, the boring bills. That varies by usage and will not be clear until the thing is live, but we talk it through before anything gets switched on.
